This innovative project led by SNCF Gares & Connexions in partnership with AEF, AREP and Airparif consists of the implementation of fixed measurements and the deployment of numerous micro-sensors throughout the platform and over a long period (18 months of measurement ) in order to evaluate the air purification performance of two networks of pollution control devices from two suppliers over a full year, in two different stations: 
- Porte de Clichy: implementation of mechanical filtration by Mann + Hummel
- Neuilly - Porte Maillot: deployment of Terrao technology (water washing) from Starklab

The implementation of a metrological evaluation protocol was defined jointly by Airparif and SNCF Gares & Connexions – AEF - AREP  
Particle monitoring according to reference methods at a fixed point in the middle of the quay is done in mass concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 particles based on particle number counting by a FIDAS.
“Comfort” parameters (CO2, humidity, temperature) are also monitored.
Spot measurements of the concentration of metal particles will also be carried out.
The project, labeled AIRLAB, started in 2023 and will last until 2026.
